We built it so we can't see it.
Most apps that promise privacy are really just promising to be responsible with what they collect. We took a different approach.
Secret uses the same encryption protocol as Signal. Your messages are locked on your device, with a key only your partner has. When they reach our servers, they are unreadable - to us, to anyone.
Your name is never asked for. Your email is never collected. Your account is an anonymous ID that means nothing to anyone but your own device.
When a message is delivered, it is deleted from our servers. It lives only where it belongs - with you.
