• App data you create: Omer completion status, streak, missed-day status, reminder settings, nusach preferences, and related app configuration.
• Location data (if you allow it): precise latitude/longitude to calculate local nightfall (tzeit hakochavim).
• Notification data: push token/device token and notification preferences.
• Technical data: basic app/device diagnostics (such as app version and error logs) needed to operate and improve the app.
• Support communications: information you send us when contacting support.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide OmerLock features (daily Omer timing, reminders, history, and settings).
• Calculate tzeit based on your location (or fallback time if location is off).
• Send and manage push notifications.
• Sync your data across devices if cloud sync is enabled.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help run OmerLock (for example, infrastructure, authentication, push notifications, and cloud database providers such as Expo, Supabase, Apple, and Google).

• Business transfers if SystemAddict is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• OmerLock is designed to work offline first, with core data stored on your device.
• If cloud sync is enabled, relevant app data is stored in our backend.
• We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
• You can request deletion of synced data at any time (see Contact section).

5. Your Choices

• Deny or revoke Location permission (the app will use fallback tzeit time).
• Disable Notifications in device settings.
• Reset cycle/app state inside app settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
