App Description

InvoiceSend is a mobile invoicing app by SystemAddict that lets users create, manage, and share professional invoices directly from their device. The app supports business setup (business name, logo, invoice prefix/numbering, and payment methods), invoice drafting (customer name, date, items, quantities, prices, man-hours, payment terms, and notes), invoice PDF generation, and sharing via the iOS share sheet and WhatsApp.

InvoiceSend is designed to work primarily on-device. Data entered into the app is stored locally on the user's device (including invoices, saved items, settings, and app state). The app does not require account creation and does not operate a user cloud backend for syncing invoice data in the current version.

Photo Library Permission

The app may request access to the photo library only when the user chooses to upload a business logo. This permission is optional and can be denied; the app remains usable without a logo.

Invoice Sharing

Invoice PDFs are generated on-device and only shared when the user explicitly initiates sharing. If the user shares through external services (for example, WhatsApp), the shared file and message content are then handled under that third party's privacy practices.

Data Collection and Tracking

InvoiceSend does not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics tracking, or in-app user profiling in the current version. The app does not collect precise location, contacts, or microphone recordings for app functionality.

User Control

Users control their data directly in the app, including deletion of individual records and full reset of all stored app data.
